Arithmomania is probably one of the most annoying vampire traits. Also a good way to troll your vampire neighbour and make a swift escape, especially if it’s the 19th century and you can’t fucking count. He had to carry all that grain back home and have Petyr teach him goddamnit

It’s not really explained whether powers become stronger with time or whether some vampires have special talents (like Vladislav being a great hypnotist before The Beast and Viago being good at transforming) but I assume the latter, so correspondingly certain vamps are especially weak to certain things (though with stuff like arithmomania you get better at it so it’s less of an issue)
