Space Convict Animal Crossing (Dream)

I didn’t get to much of the dream before I woke up, but I remember an Animal Crossing-like Player leaving his house, which looked to still be modeled after the usual AC:NL house, I guess.

Then it cut to the character doodling in his menu while a giant swarm of bees hovered near him. (The bees were definitely forming something, btw)  I remember thinking ‘how do I get out of here?’ and then a ‘teleport map’ showed up that looked similar to the Monster Hunter map, except, well, it was just a normal map, haha, it just reminded me of MH because of the color-coded sections.  There was a blue section in the middle that had many house icons, which is where I assume most of the villagers were.

The coolest part, though, was when the character came across an alien that looked like one of those filled biscuits. (like Hello Panda, except a square)  He was mainly green with his highlights being golden; He had no facial features, just a telepathic puffed-square.  Well, the odd thing was that he was missing the top half of himself, and it looked like there was exposed brain.

The character managed to get the alien, named Goldfarb, to follow him as a companion back to his house and after some talking (and an assumed timeskip), the broken part of Goldfarb just reappeared on his head, as if he was never broken.  Apparently he had amnesia and the character had gotten Goldfarb to remember himself.

Anyway, that’s the story of the really cool Animal Crossing game I dreamed up that was probably inspired quite a bit by Rimworld.

Goldfarb and Nameless Convict are making me think of what the beginning of the game would be, and I love the idea of there being more prominent sidequests like solving amnesia, haha.  I imagine the convict’s case was a special one if the Intergalactic Police or whatever let him oversee this colony. (So definitely something like Rage Justice, heheh.)
